We recently completed a full refurbishment of a traditional townhouse in Glasgow, delivering a complete refresh throughout the property.

The project included a complete overhaul of all the ceilings , walls and woodwork carefully restoring and refinishing each surface to create a high quality finish. Attention to detail was key, ensuring crisp lines, smooth surfaces, and a durable result that complements the character of the home while giving it a fresh modern feel.

In addition to the internal works , we also carried out exterior improvements to enhance the property’s overall appearance and protection against the weather. The result is a beautifully revitalised townhouse that blends traditional charm with refreshed , modern standard.

Home of the Famous Kilmarnock Pie – the owner asked us to give a refreshed look to the exterior to the building. 

Given the building’s height and prominent location, health and safety were a top priority for us throughout this project. Working at hight required careful planning, detailed risk assessments, and strict compliance. This ensured the safety of our team and the public. 

Our team carefully upgraded the external appearance to create a clean, contemporary finish that enhances street presence and reflects the quality associated with the famous pie. We ensured the surface was prepared correctly and materials were carefully selected taking into consideration that they had to be durable as it would be exposed to all diverse types of weather this ensured a result that is both visually striking and built to last.

As part of the Life cycle works at Lochgilphead hospital we were tasked with painting rooms and corridors throughout the building.  

Our team worked to a tight schedule of 4 weeks, working in conjunction with hospital staff to minimise disruption. Our team was dedicated to getting this project finished on schedule, so stayed in the local area for the duration of the 4 weeks to maximise time working in the hospital and minimise travel time. 

The team were able to complete this project in the proposed timeframe; this was only possible through methodically working to the tight schedule and keeping in close communication with the manager of the hospital. In the end our client was very happy with our work.

We were recently involved in the decoration of a Farmhouse in Ayrshire. The project involved coving and decoration to ceiling, walls and woodwork. 

Our team worked efficiently to complete this project as it was started near Christmas, and we wanted the client to be able to have a stress-free Christmas in their new and improved home. The decoration involved painting all the ceilings, walls and woodwork within the farmhouse. Our team also added coving which created a timeless and completed look which fitted the clients brief of creating a more modern look to the farmhouse.

We were recently involved in the installation of new white rock due to previous vandalism. 

Our team was tasked to remove and re- install new white rock in the school toilets as well as renewing the sensor taps. This project had to be planned perfectly as we had to keep in mind that the school had to keep functioning and we couldn’t cause too much disruption. It was also essential for this job to be completed in a timely manner as this was a reactive job due to the walls being previously vandalised.  To complete these works the team went in out of school hours. 

Ultimately our team successfully completed the work that had to be carried out quickly and efficiently.  

We recently were involved in the installation of toilet cubicles in many South Ayrshire schools.

Our team was tasked with re-installing new toilet cubicles as well as maintaining others by installing new doors or replacing hinges on doors etc. This project had to be planned perfectly as we had to keep in mind that the schools had to keep functioning and we couldn’t cause too much disruption. So, to complete these works the team went in during the mornings before school started and came back later at night once it had ended.

Ultimately our team successfully completed the work that had to be carried out without causing disruption to the day-to day running of the school. 

We recently completed our own office refurbishment completely transforming our space. We changed our space from a two-story building into a more efficient single-story workspace. 

As part of the project, we designed and fitted a sleek new kitchen area, added additional bathrooms as well as reconfiguring the layout of the whole office to improve the day-to day functionality and accessibility of the office. 

What made this refurbishment important was being able to see our joinery, painting and refurbishment teams in action. Witnessing their craftmanship and attention to detail from the perspective of the client validated for us just how skilled and dedicated they are. Our teams were also very considerate that the office still had to function while they were completing the refurbishment, so with a lot of effort, planning and collaboration, the office was able to stay running during the whole refurbishment, thanks to our team’s dedication and understanding of the office teams needs. 

The result is now a professional and efficient workspace that has enhanced our working environment but also stands as a symbol of our team’s exceptional capabilities.

Set on the banks of Loch Lomond we were thrilled to be involved in a major refurbishment at Rowardennan Lodge Youth Hostel. The works involved plastering, joinery, painting, and decoration

Our team refreshed some of the rooms in the hostel including the woodwork, walls and ceilings.

This created a bright and welcoming environment for guests while enhancing the character of an already classic building.
